LOS ALTOS HILLS TOWN HALL EXPANSION
In February of this year we were awarded the contract to develop the construction drawings and perform the construction management services for the Town of Los Altos Hills Phase 1 Town Hall Expansion. Our initial responsibilities were to develop all the architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design drawings necessary for the project's permitting, bidding, and construction of a small open patio area at the west end of the Council Chambers however, this responsibility quickly expanded to include other portions of the building including the public restrooms, adding a multi-sliding glass pocket doors between the existing large public conference room and the Council Chambers and other site ADA upgrades.
This work is ongoing with the Town and they are in the process of preparing to solicit bids from qualified contractors for this phase of the project. We are looking forward to our future involvement with this project in the up coming months by offering our construction support services.
