The property is located within the Town of Danville which is located in the East Bay  Foothills of Northern California. Our client wanted to develop the half-acre property, wanted us to design a new single-story contemporary "Farmhouse Style" luxury home along with a detached pool pavilion  which he had recently purchased.  


He wanted this new floor plan of the home to be open and to have plenty of  large windows in each room. He also wanted the individual spaces and rooms to look and feel luxurious with high or vaulted ceilings, plenty of storage  space, and to be large enough to accommodate both casual and formal large gatherings of people.

​Some of the unique features of this home design include a 4,390 square foot main house with a attached 793 square foot three-car garage, 900 square foot outdoor kitchen pavilion with bath. Amenities also include 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom, master suite with separate his and hers toilet facilities, walk-in closets, outdoor private garden area with outdoor shower, powder room, great room, walk-in wine storage area, gourmet kitchen with island, pantry closet, mudroom, laundry, and guest suite with its own full bath.
