We designed this 3393-square foot multi-story Contemporary Style home for a local developer in 2013. The current owners of the home had recently renovated the home by adding additional features to the interior and exterior improvements to the home without diminishing the integrity of our original architectural design. Features include 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 12-foot ceilings in the great room, master bedroom, entry foyer and in the dining room located on the main floor level , which open to an expansive view deck offering view of Mt Tamalpais. Downstairs the remaining bedrooms, utility and family room found, with the primary rooms each leading directly to the terraced rear yard below the home.
