The developer wanted to provide the future home buyer the option of constructing a detached outdoor pool pavilion as part of the purchase price of a new contemporary home that we had designed.

The features of this project included  the construction of the infinity pool with elevated deck with steel shading arbor;  detached pavilion structure with outdoor kitchen, lounge with fireplace, bar seating, outdoor dining area, bathroom, and separate pool equipment storage room.
