RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE
The property is located in the south end of the city near Gunn High School. Our clients wanted us to design a traditional Shingle-style two-story home of approximately 3,500 square feet to give them enough room for their family to grow into. They also wanted a large basement that could serve as a functional work area and office as well as a playroom for their children. What was most important for them was the floor plan; the interior of their home needed to open with high, vaulted ceilings, have plenty of storage space, and be flexible for both casual and formal gatherings with family and friends.
We were responsible for developing all drawings and specifications for this project including representing the project on the client’s behalf in meetings with the city, project consultants, and the builder during the development and construction of the home.
